Day 1 – Arrival in Ahmedabad and proceed to Bhuj
Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad Airport, we will greet you with a warm welcome. Our rep will assist you in getting transferred to the hotel in Bhuj. Check-in to your hotel, freshen up and then embark on a day’s excursion. Visit the mystical Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, a primary religious site of the town. Go on a cultural spree and explore significant attractions of the city such as Aina Mahal Museum, Prag Mahal Museum, Bharatiya Sanskruti Darshan Museum, and the Cenotaphs of the Royal Family. After a tiring day, head back to the hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 2 – Bhuj Village Excursion and Rann of Kutch
Visit the Dhordo Village, Ludiya Village, Bhirandiyara Village, and Khavda Village to witness an extensive diversity in the customs and beliefs of the people of different villages. Proceed to your next destination, the Kalo Dungar. Also known as the Black Hill, it is the highest point of the Kutch District. Also visit the Dattatreya Temple, a major attraction of the Black Hill. Proceed to the final destination of the day, the White Rann. Get mesmerized by the charm of this natural wonder and relish the soothing view of the drowning sun in the evening, later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 – Kutch to Dwarka Via Jamnagar
After a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Mandvi, the summer retreat of the royal family of Kutch. Mandvi is located at the meeting point of River Rukmavati River and Gulf of Kutch. A famous attraction of the town is the Vijay Vilas Palace, which is the summer home of the Royal Family. You can relax at Mandvi Beach only if time permits. Continue your journey to Dwarka, and visit the Bala Hanuman Temple in Jamnagar if time permits. Upon arrival in Dwarka, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Dwarka – Bet Dwarka Sightseeing
In the morning, post a hearty breakfast, begin your day by taking a dip in the holy Gomti river according to the necessary customs. Later, head out to visit the Nageshvara Jyotirlinga, that is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines mentioned in the Shiva Purana. Situated in proximity to the temple, is a famous pond, known as the Gopi Talav which will give you an insight into the ancient fables of Lord Krishna the Gopis. Later, move on to visit Bet Dwarka, which is an inhabited island near the Gulf of Kutch. On your way back, visit the ornate Rukmini Devi Temple, and also witness the evening aarti at the beautiful Dwarkadhish Temple, before going back to the hotel.
Day 5 – Dwarka to Somnath via Porbandar
Today, after an early morning check out from the hotel and head to Porbandar. When here, visit the Kirti Temple, which is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. From here, move on to see the only Sudama Temple in the world. After visiting the Sudama Temple, begin your journey for Somnath. On your arrival in the city, visit the major attractions such as Bhalka Tirtha, Triveni Sangam, and Geeta Mandir. In the evening, visit Somnath Temple which is one of the first jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva, also attends the evening here. Also, watch the light and sound show at Somnath Temple that depicts the mythological story of Lord Krishna’s soul leaving his mortal body. Later, come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6 – Diu Sightseeing
In the morning, check out from the hotel and leave for Diu. As soon as you reach Diu, check in to your allotted hotel. Freshen up, and get ready for an excursion. Visit the famous Nagoa Beach that is very famous for its adventure watersports. Indulge activities like jet skiing, banana boat ride, parasailing, and speed boating. After an adventurous watersport session, visit other famous places like Naida Caves, and Gangeshwar Temple. Head to the Sunset Point in the evening to catch a captivating sunset. Retire for the day and have a pleasant stay.
Day 7 – Diu – Sasan Gir
After a hearty breakfast, check out from the hotel and do a small excursion to Fort Diu and St. Paul’s Church. Later, depart for Sasan Gir. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and dump your baggage! Freshen up, and then proceed to soak in the thrilling experience of jungle safari in Devaliya National Park. The ticket price for this half an hour session is not included in the tour package. Overnight stay in Sasan Gir.
Day 8 – Departure & Sightseeing – Ahemdabad
After a relishing breakfast in the city, check out from the hotel and proceed to Ahmedabad. Explore the beautiful city in the time left. Visit the Sabarmati Ashram, shimmering Sabarmati River Front, alluring Kankaria Lake, mystical Vaishno Devi Mandir, Akshardham Temple, and Adalaj Stepwell. Later, get transferred to the airport and fly back with happy memories.
