Day 01: Arrive Prague
Welcome to the Czech Republic today and upon arrival into Prague you are met and are transferred to your hotel.This magical capital city of bridges, cathedrals, gold-tipped towers and church domes, has been mirrored in the surface of the swan-filled Vltava River for more than ten centuries. Located right in the heart of Europe, since the Middle Ages, Prague has been known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and has been often given adjectives such as “golden,” “hundred spired,” or “the crown of the world.” Prague’s city center remains a wonderful mixture of cobbled lanes, walled courtyards, cathedrals and countless church spires. The city is also a modern and vibrant place full of energy, music, arts and culture, fine dining, stylish cafes and traditional beer houses.
Later in the evening a recommended performance at the Black Light Theatre should be done, depending on your availability the same would be replaced with Mozart composed “The Opera of Operas” – Don Giovanni – especially for Prague and he personally conducted its world first performance in 1787 at the Prague Estates Theatre (Stavovske Theatre). National Marionette Theatre presents this brilliant opera in the unique version using the classical marionettes. Overnight in Prague.
Day 02: Prague
Enjoy Prague at your leisure with a Hop on Hop off bus tour valid for 48 hours taking you to the most important landmarks of this city. Three different circuits will let you travel around the city in comfort with unlimited changes, and for 48 hours! Enjoy a 1 hour river cruise too. Day 03: Prague
Continue to explore and roam around the city with you Hop Off Hop off card.
You can opt to visit the UNESCO listed town of Kutna Hora, see the Gothic St Barbara Cathedral and be awed at the Bone Ossuary which is situated about 65km outside of Prague owes it’s origin to the silver mines in the afternoon at 1pm OR visit the large Gothic castle founded in the 14th century by Charles IV, King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor. Karlstejn served as a place for the safekeeping the Empire coronation jewels, holy relics and other royal treasures for duration of 5 hours. Overnight in Prague
Day 04: Depart Prague
Following breakfast this morning, it’s time to check out of the hotel and make your way to the airport or the train station for your journey onwards.
