Zuthulphuk (4760 m) 18 km/9 – 10 hrs.
After early breakfast, gathering will set off as the sun’s beams break over the edges above. After the footbridge the trail ascends a rough slant. Take this tenderly yet consistently. It before long achieves a level walk. The pinnacle of Mount Kailash ascends to one side and would now be able to be seen connected to a long goad, which joins the eastern edge. This is the best edge of the chilly valley from which the Lhachu (“Divine River”) streams.
This day is the peak of this sacred excursion and is the most troublesome day of our adventure. One needs to go through Drolma La Pass – 5680m – most elevated height on this visit. Physically it is the most difficult day. At the pass is an expansive rock delineating Tara, decorated with supplication banners. Here too Tibetans leave a token of themselves, for example, a tooth, a bolt of hair or even an individual preview.
After maybe 30 minutes, we slip a lofty, shake strewn way to the valley beneath. Just beneath the pass is Lake Tu-jeChenpoDzingbu (Gauri Kund) i.e. “The Pool of Great Compassion”. Take incredible care now since it is anything but difficult to sprain your lower leg or more terrible. You should bring steep staircases down to a snowfield. On the edge above is a development known as the Lekyi Ta-ra (“Ax of Karma”), as if one’s minute mature in a mishap, enduring or passing.
A last soak slip conveys you to the valley floor. From here it is still around 5 hours to the day’s goal with no safe house in the middle. It is crucially critical to stay on the right-hand side of the waterway, the West bank. If not, you will get caught, unfit to cross it. The walk presently turns out to be exceptionally charming and unwinding (as long as the climate is clear and there is no crying hurricane.) The way takes after the delicate incline of the valley over verdant fields and clear streams for a few Kilometers previously it limits and turns assist south to converge with another valley before achieving Zuthulphuk, the “Marvel Cave” of Milarepa. A wedded elderly couple administers the sanctuary, which is normally a functioning home for over about six Tibetan fans, partners, or relatives who ceaselessly bustling themselves with the assignments of keeping up the structures. One envisions Milarepa’s devotees thinking here. Huge numbers of the holes contain contemplation stages, independent by dry stonewalls which isolate them from their cooking allotments and passageway regions. It is certainly justified regardless of the short move up to these holes previously starting the last phase of the trek.
The winding steady track at last closures our sacred journey walk 10 km/4 – 5 hrs. When we reach at the trek end point close Darchen.
