Day 1 | Arrive Jaipur Welcome to your ‘Rajasthan Kitchen Tour’ tour. Day 2 | In Jaipur After breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting the fabulous Amer Fort, City Palace and Jantar Mantar.The palace has a four storied layout and each level has its own courtyard visit the ‘Palace of Winds’, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal. It was named so because it was a high screen wall built to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen.Walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar or Astronomical Observatory. The Jantar Mantar is a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by Sawai Jai Singh, as he was particularly interested in learning about astronomy.Later, return to your hotel.The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities

Day 3 | Onto Bikaner (310 kms / approx. 7 hours) Today, after breakfast, enjoy a drive to the desert city of Bikaner. Before entering the city, you will drive past the Camel Breeding Farm.On arriving at Bikaner, check-in to the hotel.Later proceed to visit the Jain Temple. The Temple is one of the beautiful shrines in Bikaner, which is dedicated to the 5th tirthankar of the Jains, Shri Sumatinathji.This Jain temple is beautifully constructed using sandstone and white marble. Day 4 | On to Jaisalmer (335 kms / approx. 7 hours drive) This morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner and visit the Junagarh Fort. it is the famous testaments of Bikaner.The fort was constructed during the period of 1588 to 1593 by Raja Raj Singh, General of the Army of Mughal emperor, Akbar. Famous for its massive structure and architectural designs, the fort is spread over a sprawling area that is bounded by 986 metres long wall.The fort also has a Har Mandir that was used by the royal family to worship their God and Goddesses. Courtyards, balconies, kiosks and windows built with red sandstone and marble are the other attractions of the fort.After the sightseeing tour, continue the drive to Jaisalmer. Day 5 | In Jaisalmer After breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. The Jaisalmer Fort is located in the heart of the city and is known for its miniatures, architecture and bazaars. This fort was built in 1156 by a Bhati Rajput ruler Jaisal, atop the Trikuta hill. About a quarter of the population of Jaisalmer live inside this fort. The fort is regarded as ‘The Pride of Jaisalmer’This fort is a perfect fusion of Islamic and Rajput architectural styles. Tourists visiting this fort can see Akshya Pol, Hawa Pol, Suraj Pol and Ganesh Pol, which are the gateways of the fort. Within the fort walls is a complex of seven beautifully carved yellow sandstone Jain templesAfter the visit to the fort, also see the Gadisar Lake. This stately tank was once the water supply of the city and there are many small temples and shrines around it.Return to the hotel for lunch After lunch you will proceed to the Sam Sand Dunes for desert experience. Day 7 | In Jodhpur After breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur, visiting places like the Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada.To the left of the Mehrangarh Fort complex is the Jaswant Thada, built by Maharaja Sardar Singh in commemoration of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II in 1899. The Jaswant Thada is a white marble memorial, built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. The sheets are extremely thin and polished so that they excrete a warm glow when illuminated by the sun.After the sightseeing tour, return to the hotel for lunch.Rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities. You can visit the clock tower & markets. The clock tower is a landmark in the old city,surrounded by the vibrant Sardar Market.
