Day 1 – Udaipur
After a hearty breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit the Phool Mahal. Also head over to the Jaswant Thada, which is an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and don’t forget the beautiful Umaid Public Gardens that will enliven your senses. Later drive to Udaipur and en route visit Ranakpur. Upon arrival, get transferred to a hotel in Udaipur where facilities for night stay will be arranged.
Day 2 – Udaipur Local Sightseeing
Enjoy a drool-worthy breakfast and proceed for sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace Museum, the Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Enjoy your night stay in Udaipur.
Day 3 – Udaipur –
After breakfast, get transferred to the airport and enjoy your onward journey.
Day 4 – Jaisalmer, a land of forts and palaces (Bikaner – Jaisalmer)
Enjoy your drive to the gorgeous Golden City. On reaching, check in at the hotel. Head to the world-famous Jaisalmer Fort or Sonar Quila, built by the Rajput ruler Rao Jaisal. This fort has witnessed quite a number of battles. It is also a home to the prominent Jain Temples that are adorned with beautiful carvings. The architecture reminds you of the Dilwara Temples of Mount Abu. After this, you can explore Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmalji Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli − all known for their unique architecture. Finally, retire to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay
Day 5 – Explore Jaisalmer, a jewel of Rajasthan (Jaisalmer)
On this day, get set for some fun time as you visit Gadisar Lake. This man-made lake is actually a water reservoir built in 1400 AD by Maharaja Maharwal Gadsi Singh. You can spot a lot of shrines and temples around this lake. More fun awaits you as you enjoy the picturesque drive to Sam Sand Dunes. The vast stretches of glistening, golden sand offer a mesmerizing sight, especially during sunrise and sunset. Enjoy fun-filled activities like camel rides on offer. The sand dunes offer a perfect backdrop to capture some beautiful clicks with loved ones.
Day 6 – A Visit to the Splendid Sun City – Jodhpur (Jaisalmer – )
On your arrival at Jodhpur, go to the hotel and check in. This bright and sunny land is known for its majestic Mehrangarh Fort that proudly stands on a cliff and presents a marvelous view of the city. Next, halt at the milky-white cenotaph Jaswant Thada, built in remembrance of Maharaja Jaswant Singh. Visit Umaid Bhawan, a magnificent palace that mesmerizes you with its splendid architecture. A part of the palace is converted into a museum that showcases the royal family’s belongings. Visit the century-old clock tower and explore the surrounding markets. Finally, retire to the hotel for the night.
